WMC

WMC is a WebMoney Transfer title unit that is a WMZ equivalent for credit transactions kept track of in purses of C type . A purse of the C type is used to keep record of received credits. A purse of the C type can be created only once and cannot be deleted.

WMC purse creation terms:

сan be created only in WM Keeper WinPro or WM Keeper WebPro.
each WebMoney system member can create only one WMC purse for all his WMID of his WM passport. WMC purse cannot be deleted.
creation of WMC purse is only available for system member with a WM passport no lower than personal and with enabled E-num or SMS confirmation.
creation of WMC purse is only available after secondary passport verification.

WMC title units are inherently debt obligations (an obligation to perform a transaction with a negotiated amount of WMZ and in according time) to creditors of WMC purse owner.

Records of issued debt obligations are being stored in WMC purse history and an amount of current WMC purse balance represents the amount in WMZ to be paid to the current creditors
