Restoring access

  1. Go to the website.
  2. Follow the instructions.

In most cases, the restoration procedure is performed online and is completed by sending the password to the mobile phone. However, you should be ready to record VideoId, send a notarized application by mail (or bring it to the Verification Center office in person). Note! For participants of the system with a personal passport and above recovery is possible only after the application (in person or certified by a notary copy) or VideoID recording.

Please note that participants of the system who used WM Keeper WinPro or WM Keeper WebPro will change the main operation mode to WM Keeper Standard.

In the future, you can change the operation mode to WinPro or WebPro.
