What to do if you have problems with Call Password

If you do not receive an incoming CALL to log in using CALL-PASSWORD, please:

1. Make sure that your phone is within the range of your mobile operator's network.

2. Make sure that your number is not blocked by the operator and can accept the call.

3. Make sure that you are not connected to the service, blocking incoming calls.

4. if You still do not receive the confirmation code via Call Password, send the code via SMS yourself.

5. Install the WM Keeper app and use Push SMS

6. Enable an alternative method for confirming operations - E-num.
