Requirements for WMP purse owners (Natural Persons)

According to the rules of transferring electronic funds to JSC Bank "KKB", all owners of WMP purses must be identified.

Identification levels¶
For citizens of the Russian Federation, simplified and complete identifications are available, when citizens of other countries can only have a complete identification.
Simplified identification¶
- get a formal passport (make sure to indicate TIN or SNILS)
- wait for data verification
Full identification¶
Citizens of the Russian Federation can choose one of the options:¶
- Get (or update) a personal passport from one of the WebMoney registrars 3
- Go through the identification in "Svyaznoy" stores
- Go through identification in the "Megafon" salons
- Pass identification using video interview
- Pass identification using "Mobile ID" (only for subscribers of PJSC "Megafon")
- Submit a copy of your passport, certified by a notary, to JSC Bank KKB.
For citizens of Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries:¶
- Get (or update) a personal passport from one of the WebMoney registrars 3

The beginning of the month is calculated according to Russian Standard Time (UTC+03:00).
Age restrictions¶
Full identification in JSC Bank "KKB" for persons under the age of 18 is carried out only with the written consent of both parents.
