Requirements for WMP-purses owners (legal entities and entrepreneurs)
The article is out of dateThe article is out of dateThe following procedure of opening a WMP-purse is provided for the System participants:
Initiate the process of obtaining the Transact Automation passport.
To use the WMP purse by legal entities, you need to provide the following documents:
1. Contract for the provision of the Corporate Electronic Payment Instrument.(oferta)
2. Questionnaire of the Client/ Client representative of the client-legal entity by the bank form.
3. Questionnaire of the Client-an individual (sole executive body; representative of the Client) by the bank form.
4. Extract from the shareholders register (for joint-stock companies).
5.The Russian Federation citizen passport scan (main page + registration)/the passport scan of a foreign
citizen (for foreign citizens):
- of the sole executive body;
- of the proxy representative;
- of the beneficial owner.
A document confirming the right of a foreign citizen to stay (reside) in the Russian Federationand / or migration card.
6. A selfie photo of the signer against the background of the main passport spread.
7. Power of attorney for the person signing the contract for the provision of the Corporate Electronic Payment Instrument – in case of signing contract not by the head of the organization (original).
8. License (permission).
9. Information about the business reputation (REVOCATION) (in any written form) from other credit
organizations in which the legal entity is serviced or was previously serviced, with
information from these credit organizations about the assessment of the business reputation of this legal entity.
The listed documents signed by a qualified electronic signature of a legal entity (in a detached form as a separate file) should be sent to the email address docs@kkb.ru

To use the WMP purse by the individual entrepreneurs, the following documents are required:
1. Contract for the provision of the Corporate Electronic Payment Instrument (Joining offer).
2. Client / client representative questionnaire - individual entrepreneur, natural person engaged in the private procedure established by the Russian Federation legislation, by the Bank form.
3. Selfie photo of an individual entrepreneur against the background of the main passport spread.
4. A passport copy of the individual entrepreneur passport (main page spread + registration).
5. A copy of the License (if available).
6. Information about business reputation (reviews in any written form) from other
credit organizations in which the individual entrepreneur is serviced or
was previously serviced, with information from these credit organizations about the assessment of the business.
Copies of documents signed by a qualified electronic signature of an individual entrepreneur (in a detached form as a separate file) should be sent to the email address docs@kkb.ru
