Requirements for WMB Purse owners (Natural Persons)

In accordance with the legislation of The Republic of Belarus, the WMB Guarantor has the following requirements for WMB Purse holders:

Personal details¶

The WMB purse holder must provide the following data about him/herself in accordance with his/her passport:

Last, First and Middle (if available) name

Place of Birth

Date of Birth

Postal address

Passport serial number

Date of issue

Issuing authority

Identification number (for RB residents only)

Mobile phone number

E-mail

Age Restrictions¶

WMB purse holder can only be a person older than 14 years.

Status in the System¶

The WM passport of the WMB purse holder must be at least:

for RB residents - a Formal WM-passport if you have a videoId or an initial one;

citizens of other countries with a Formal WM-passport if you have a videoId or an personal one.

Restricted Countries¶

Citizens and residents of the following countries are not permitted to use WMB purse: Democratic People's Republic of Korea anr Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
