Change of personal data in the Transact Automation Tool passport

Phone number or e-mail change:

In order to change a phone number or an e-mail within the passport of a Transact Automation Tool acting administrator needs to provide in person or send by post to the Verification center a free-form statement on the organization letterhead. The application must be signed by the administrator. The application will be accepted only if the administrator's authority has not been expired.

If the application is submitted in person:

  • The administrator must have the original ID card with him for the verification.

If the application is sent by post:

  • The signature of the administrator on the application must be certified by a notary.
  • A copy of the administrator’s ID card must be attached to the application.

Administrator change of a Transact Automation Tool:

In case of an administrator of a Transact Automation Tool changing , the director of the company must provide in person or send by post following documents to the Verification Center:

If the documents are submitted personally by the director:

  1. The application and a free-form statement with a request to change the administrator of Transact Automation Tool. Applications are made out on the letterhead of the organization with the seal of the organization and the signature of the director.
  2. If the company is not registered in the Russian Federation: a copy of the document confirming the authority of the director and the original for verification.
  3. If the new administrator is NOT the director: a power of attorney for an authorized employee on the letterhead of the organization is required (with the seal of the organization and the signature of the director, the company’s WMID must be indicated in the power of attorney).
  4. If the administrator does not have a personal passport yet: it’s nessesary to fill the application for the personal passport (signed by the administrator with indication of his personal WMID) and also provide a copy and the original of the administrator’s ID card for verification. If the documents are brought by the director, but an authorized employee is appointed as the administrator of the Transact Automation Tool, the administrator’s application for the passport must be certified by a notary.

If documents are sent by post:

  1. The application and a free-form statement with a request to change the administrator of Transact Automation Tool. Applications are made out on the letterhead of the organization with the seal of the organization and the signature of the director. The signature of the director on the statements must be certified by a notary.
  2. If the company is not registered in the Russian Federation: a copy of the document confirming the authority of the director which should be certified by a notary.
  3. If the new administrator is NOT the director: a power of attorney for an authorized employee on the letterhead of the organization is required (with the seal of the organization and the signature of the director, the company’s WMID must be indicated in the power of attorney). The signature of the director on the statements must be certified by a notary.
  4. If the administrator does not have a personal passport yet: it’s nessesary to send a notarized application for the personal passport (signed by the administrator with indication of his personal WMID) and the ID card.

Change of company name:

The issue of changing the name of the company is made individually only after contacting the Guarantor, with whom a service contract was concluded.
