Alias passport is automatically issued, free of charge, to every WebMoney system member upon registration and serves as the first identification level within the system.

Get an alias passport

An alias passport provides the following capabilities:

add funds to your purses using prepaid WM cards;
top up mobile accounts with certain service providers
pay utility bills and make purchases from merchants accepting WM¹;
send and receive encrypted messages and make secure video calls;
exchange² title units of one type for another.

To access additional features and remove certain restrictions, you can obtain a formal passport free of charge — the next identification level within the WebMoney Transfer system.

¹ Certain services are available only to holders of a formal passport.

² Specific types of title units are subject to restrictions.
