Personal meeting with a registrar is the main way of obtaining a personal WM-passport. All the participants of the Verification Center partnership program have this right without exclusions.
The procedure:
1. Choose the closest registrar with whom you can meet personally;
2. Pay the fee for obtaining a WM-passport on the site passport.wmtransfer.com;
3. Prepare the required for the issuance of WM-passport documents: WM-Passport issuance application form and copy of the main passport pages (where your photo and signature are);
4. Personally meet the chosen registrar and hand him the required documents.
Persons who have not reach the age of majority (18 years ) must attend the meeting with the registrar only in the presence of one of the parents.

In the event that the applicant for the personal WM-passport cannot personally meet any of the registrars, or is not satisfied with the conditions for obtaining a WM-passport, he can get the WM-passport directly from one of the representatives of the Verification Center, authorized to issue WM passports after recording a VideoID and verification of the bank account.
The procedure:
1. Record a VideoID;
2. Choose a registrar;
3. Pay the fee for obtaining a WM-passport on the site passport.wmtransfer.com;
4. Prepare the required for the issuance of WM-passport documents: WM-Passport issuance application form and copy of the main passport pages (where your photo and signature are) (No need to notarize the documents);
5. Verify the bank account (make a bank payment from your personal bank account to the specified by the System details);
6. send the registrar required for the issuance of a WM-passport documents by a common (not electronic) mail.
Attention! The bank account must be opened in your name.
