No e-mail access for receiving the activation code
If you don’t have access to the e-mail you specified in your account, you should do the following:
Please contact the technical support of your e-mail provider to restore e-mail access.
If restoring e-mail access is impossible, please go through WMID access restoration procedure, which is similar to the one you have to go through in case you have lost access keys. That is, the situation is treated similar to your losing the key file/client certificate.
