The account linking service is unavailable. Successfully processed cards will be displayed in the "Transfer" - "to bank card" and "Topup" - "from bank card"- sections of WM-purse.
The account linking service on banks.webmoney.ru links WMZ/WME purses to bank cards.
Currently, the service is not available to System participants from Russia and cards of Russian banks.
Linking is made after an automated verification of the personal data for the owner of the WebMoney purse and the account (card) on the other payment system. In addition to this service, WebMoney Cards service works with other types of plastic cards.
At present the service allows you to link your WM purse to the following accounts and cards:
To use the service a WebMoney user must have a passport that is not less than formal and enable one of the ways to confirm operations .

Incoming operations from 3.00 USD: 3.0% + 0.20 USD
Outgoing operations from 3.00 USD: 2.0% + 3.00 USD
Incoming operations from 3.00 EUR: 3.0% + 0.20 EUR
Outgoing operations from 3.00 EUR: 2.0% + 3.00 EUR
Limits on the volume of operations in the service
Besides this, to link accounts some steps are necessary on the part of the systems and banks whose accounts you wish to link to your WM purse.
