Refund

For some project types, an order or contribution may be cancelled. After cancellation, funds will be available to the investor/buyer on their internal Funding service account with the possibility to make a transfer to WebMoney purse.

Crowdfunding¶

If a project is not finished, then its author and a sponsor can cancel the contribution.

Website support or fundraising in social networks¶

Contributions to these projects are voluntary donations. Refund is not provided.

Group purchase¶

If a purchase is not finished yet the project’s author as well as the buyer may cancel the order. Also the organizer may partially cancel the order on a selected item, however, the order in full will remain active.

Event¶

If a project is not finished yet the project’s author as well as the buyer may cancel an order. Also, the project author may partially cancel the order on a selected item (for example if there are 2 different tickets project author may cancel on of them) however, the order in full will remain active.
