Order or contribution cancellation

For some project types, an order or contribution may be cancelled. After cancellation, funds will be available to the investor/buyer on their internal Funding service account with the possibility to make a transfer to WebMoney purse.

Crowdfunding¶

If a project is not finished yet, a contribution to it may be cancelled either by the author, or by sponsor.

Group purchase¶

If a purchase is not finished yet, a project’s author as well a buyer may cancel an order. Also the organizer may partially cancel the order on a selected item, however, the order in full will remain active.
